DESCRIPTION AND SITUATION

The Hotel Iboalfaro, antique house of big dimensions, is inaugurated in the year 1996 after a restoration in order to amplify the building, converting it in a hotel of exceptional beauty. In the rehabilitation the original structure of the old building is conserved to maintain the typical style of the century adapting the amplification to the characteristics that differentiate the traditional architecture of La Gomera of that of the rest of the archipelago. Divided in two heights, this old building harbours on the first floor the reception, kitchen and common dining room being the second floor where the bedrooms and two of the three terraces are situated.
All the rooms have views to the exterior, offering a lot of light and an impressive panoramic view of the Valley of Hermigua, the sea, Tenerife and the mountain Teide. The furniture and decoration of the rooms and common areas are based on wooden furniture, providing the guest a great comfort, accompanied by a charming atmosphere.
There are 15 rooms with similar characteristics; a part from three, the suite which has a double bed, a quadruple room ideal for families and a room with a small launch by the entrance.
The hotel is surrounded by several gardens in which there is a great variety of plants. The solarium with showers located on one of the big terraces, provides an ideal place to relax sunbathing.
You access the hotel by a stone road that facilitates the entrance to the building.
The hotel is equipped with: Sheets, comforters and towels.
