DESCRIPTION AND SITUATION

Casa El Arenal is placed on a banana plantation next to the incomparable location of the gully of Hermigua, down in the valley, in the so-called neighbourhood of LLano Camos, 300 m distance from the beach and from the municipal pool. The original construction dates from the first half of past century and was a hayloft until refurbishment and reforms taken place in 2008 converted it in the current charming and welcoming accommodation.

Distributed in three levels, but in only one floor, where also the main entrance is, it offers living-room, kitchen with dining-room and bath. In the upper level over these common areas is the main bedroom, and in the lower level, a two bunk beds room.
The common areas of the house are brilliant conceived for relax and leisure and the big windows allows to enjoy the daylight and the beautiful sights adding a very special atmosphere to the room, gaining the whole prominence of the house.

Outside, delimiting with the common areas of the property is the big terrace fitted with a beautiful pergola and spectacular views on the sea and mountain side of the island, as well as of the bananas cultivations.

This comfortable house is full furnished in a coquettish and careful way, combining different styles and accessories, like rustic, modern and old. It is also full fitted with linen, blankets, towels and kitchen utilities.

The property gains access through a local handy way, well lit, 80m distance from the main road where the parking place for the car is.

Only 1km distance from Casa El Arenal are the main public services of the town, like supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, bank with cash dispenser, police and Guardia Civil station.

The San Sebastián harbour is only 20 km distance (30 min driving) provided with high-speed ferry services to other islands of the archipelago and the Alajeró Airport is 36 km distance (50 min driving).

Next to the property starts many cross country paths through de Hermigua Valley and/or connects with many other localities, like Angulo and San Sebastián. There are also many environment preserved areas of international relevance for trekking and nature lovers, like; Garajonay National Park, Juel, Encherada and Montoro.
